Account Director
The Account Director is first and foremost a creative strategist – someone who understands how to take client objectives and KPIs and translate them into creative marketing solutions. From strategy and concepting to development and production, you will be working directly with the Founders of the company as we ideate, pitch and sell programs to new and existing clients.
The position requires an effective leader who will help bring our programs to life by managing a highly-skilled and experienced in-house production and design department, and communicating daily with clients and their partners. The position calls for a resourceful candidate who excels in client management, communication and organizational skills, creative problem solving and an exceptional attention to detail. As account lead, you manage mission critical documents such as the account timelines and presentation decks. You are also responsible for every assigned member of the project account team, with all members reporting into you. You must work well under pressure, have great people skills, assist with scheduling of key team members, and draft summaries and meeting notes to report back to the Founders.
Additionally, we seek candidates who are culturally savvy in tune with the worlds of art, design, fashion, music and travel. A background in luxury, media, hospitality and non-profit sectors are considered an asset.
The role is Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm, with early mornings and/or late evenings as the business requires. You must be willing to work a flexible schedule – the deadline and our clients always comes first!
The Gathery is a creative, casual business environment with a small team of highly proficient and award-wining innovators.
