New York Rally
Within days after Sophia Amoruso’s inaugural Girlboss Rally in Los Angeles, The Gathery was commissioned to expand the initiative to a larger audience in New York. Our approach was to create an innovative, immersive and stylish setting that defied the traditional conference experience.
The carefully choreographed event entertained seven hundred guests with over forty speakers, nineteen keynote presentations and conversations. Sponsor integration included a Bumble Bizz portrait photo studio, Pinterest “Try” Wall, Google Startup Studio and VIP dinner at Cadillac House.

For the brand’s third Girlboss Rally, we evolved the creative identity and recognizable visual language developed for the inaugural event. Hosting over one thousand women and twenty panels, we transformed the venue into a welcoming and empowering environment for all in attendance.
Highly photogenic sets, created for past rallies, were reimagined to reflect the brand’s new online hub. Sponsors ranging from Google to Sephora were interwoven into the design while on-stage programming was captured and made available for digital audiences across the globe.
