Ready To Work Tour

The Gathery launched the Ready to Work program, a coalition dedicated to connecting Job Seekers with employers, in 2022. Touring five major U.S. cities, Job Seekers received complimentary career services in a completely creative, playful and educational way. We conceptualized, designed, and produced an elevated version of a job market that was comprised of a welcoming and interactive environment that helped humanize the job search experience. Designed to be optimistic, our goal was encourage each and every visitor, no matter their background or the job they sought.

Job Market

Indeed and The Gathery set out on an ambitious journey to break barriers and help people get jobs by transforming their online platform into a consumer-friendly immersive experience. Imagined as an 8-city tour around the U.S., the Indeed Job Market was born to reinvent the way people approach the job search. We brought together thought leaders, local employers and national hiring partners to rally around job seekers across the country.
